Fresh Sounds: Moko (@ThisMoko) “Don’t Walk Away” (Cover)

Moko

We love discovering new artists and new music! Our latest discovery is Moko! This London based newcomer has a beautiful, smoky alto that is literally entrancing! We are absolutely in love with her cover of Jade’s classic New Jack Swing record “Don’t Walk Away.” Moko takes her own liberties with the track and the delivery and it works PERFECTLY. Listen to it and tell us what you think!

Fresh Sounds: Netta Brielle (@nettabrielle) “Pretty Brown Eyes” Cover (Audio)

NettaBrielle

Finding new talent in this industry is always a joy and we just happened upon Netta Brielle and her cover of Mint Condition’s “Pretty Brown Eyes” is superb! The Atlantic Records artist took a risk with taking on a record that is deemed a classic by many but she does so with such a grace and style that we could not help but applaud it.

Future Covers The Source

While his girlfriend covers The Fader, Future is covering The Source. And the man who named his sophomore album “Future Hendrix” has plenty to say. See Below…

“I feel like I’m going to be here forever,” Future proclaims. “Even without me [here], my music is gonna live forever. I love making music, there’s nothing on this earth I’d rather do. Whether putting it out through myself or working with another artist, it’s an honor and privilege to be in the music industry and I’m taking full advantage of it”

Fresh Sounds: Chester Gregory (@ChesterGregory) “I Can’t Tell You Why” (Cover)

chester Gregory

Singer/ Performer Chester Gregory has dropped a new cover today and we are loving this! Chess (as he is known to many), gives us a very soulful take on the Eagles hit “I Can’t Tell You Why.” With track like this, we are definitely anticipating the release of his new mixtape “Eclipse.” Listen to the cover and you will see why we are fans #freshapproved

FRESH LOOKS: GEORGIA REIGN “DON’T JUDGE ME”

Sometimes is cover is just hotter than the original and Georgia Reign has definitely accomplished that here. The sexy Atlanta songbird gives us her own spin on Chris Brown’s hit single of the same name. Making us look at the song from the female point of few, she completely flips the record and is super FRESH for doing so. Go ahead and check her out…and Fellas thank us later
